Today as a new week starts I am start program. It will still involve the sparkpeople and more on relaying on myself too.
I will go to bed at 930 every night at least try.
In the mornings I will get up make husbands lunch take my morning pill wait the 1/2 hour then eat a healthy breakfast.
Then I will start after breakfast at least a 5 to 10 minutes strecthing then go out for a walk this week just around our 4 acers of land.
then in the house to clean and go through things for yardsale.
I will work on streighing my back
I will try to stay busy all day and only sit down for lunch or if my back is really hurts me.
