So my friend and I did our last long walk before our half marathon next weekend yesterday and finished 9 miles, which was 1 mile more than we planned on. It was way better physically then the week before when I did 10 miles by myself. I think having other people around will make next weekend go smoother, but I have to admit I'm still terrified. I did not train as religiously as I should have. But as a few people keep telling me if I can do 10 I can do 13. So we'll just wait and see. Thankfully I have 2 yoga classes this week, 2 visits to the chiropractor, and hopefully 3-4 short 2-3 milers this week.
