Saturday I took kiddos to indoor waterpark. Was inspired by a lady who was there, also with her kids. She was either swimming laps or walking over and over up stairs to the big twirley slide. What a reminder, if there is a desire to exercise there is a way to get it done. No excuses! Three hours chasing my babes was great day of fun, play, and exercise.
Today I took a rest instead of feeding myself tons of Carbs to get a sugar buzz. What a concept right, recognizing what body actually needs and then making appropriate choice. : )
Tonight kiddos & I played. Then we had movie night. Now normal movie night meant me eating way too much popcorn. Tonight to prevent that, I chose to sweat. Core/strength/dynamic stretching to finish off 66 minute session of sweat.
Tomorrow is weight watcher meeting so will be updating my weight tracked here too.
