I had a really great weekend. Got up yesterday and loaded the kids, their bikes, water, and snacks into the car and then went to a local track to walk while they road. Did a mile, then took a break so they could play on the playground, then did another mile. My daughter was really excited when I told her she had ridden her bike for 2 miles! Today she told me that she wants to ride 3 miles next time.
Today, I got up a little after 7:15, did a 2 mile WATP video, then got myself and the kids ready for church. Aftter church, the kids had soccer. What a gorgeous day! By 2:30, I had already drank 60 oz of water! When we got home, I could tell I was sunburned. Bad. Lesson learned.
Overrall, I ate fairly well this weekend. Had a few things that I probably shouldn't, but stayed in moderation even with those things. The official weigh in for the competition at work isn't until 5/28, by my co workers and I decided to weigh in every Wednesday just to keep ourselves on track. It seems crazy to me, but my pants do feel a little loser, and I certainly have more energy!
