that is a mix of dried smelly stuff.
This may not smell but it's a mixed bag.
So far so good Not difficult GI issues with the new med.
I had 3 good days in a row for food today was not. I was stressed and than I entertained. However I did get a lot of cardio in.
I had the youth girls over tonight and we played outside games which is one of those things where I should know better. I tripped over a rock and fell hard.
Not sure if I will be moving much tomorrow.
I feel on my palms and my good knee. I am a bit scraped up. UFF.
Thinking a lot about cardio exercise and intensity right now.
No profound thoughts just need to do it.
Hope your weekend included some relaxing. Mine not so much but I had some fun times.

I fell in February and looked like I had two knee caps on my left leg. I never went to the doctor thought it would be fine. It still hurts, Workmen's Comp denied my claim because I didn't go to the doctor but insurance wouldn't pay since it happened at work on an icy sidewalk. I went for exam and they think I tore my miniscus. If Workman's Comp reverses their decision and MRI indicates this is the case, I'll have orthroscopic surgery to repair it. Keep an eye on it my friend.

Glad you had a good time with the youngun's.
Hope you are not too sore from the fall and that you
didn't hurt anything more than your pride. :)
