This week is a P90X2 week. So I will be doing X2 Core, Total Body and Balance and Power along with Pure Cardio from Insanity. I have another really busy week. Another pre-marital counseling session on Tuesday and appt with travel agent on Wednesday.

I did really good last week with a 3 pound loss but will be staying off the scale. I was playing around with my caloric intake and I think spark told me to eat to much! I've lowered my calorie range and started seeing results so that is what I'll do until I need to switch things up again. It's just so good to see some progress!

Arms are still my main focus for my wedding dress. I'm getting baby biceps and triceps now which I'm happy about :)

May is good so far..I'm just going to keep on keeping on!

Wow was this week CRAZY!! We had pre-marital counseling session on Tuesday and met with the travel agent on Wednesday. So today I'm way tired! I haven't done any X2 workouts this week. But I'm going to rearrange my schedule to kind of blend X/X2 probably the rest of May and I'm going to throw in some Jillian also b/c those workouts are short, sweet and to the point! Next week we have session #3 and then we are done (yay) and Wednesday I'm going w/ mom to register for wedding stuff which will be fun!
