I'm still here . . .
I know I can do this. Its really hard to gauge how much exercise I can manage. I do more than I should and then I'm wiped out. But I'll find my perfect formula to challenge myself w/o overdoing.
Yoga works well for me . . . maybe I should stick with that. I'm trying to walk and do some strength training and cardio . . . When I over do - I have a terrible time sticking to my meal plans.
I really need to find some new comfort foods too. Any ideas? They would be welcomed!
