    Dancing is such a great way to work out! I never do that at home but I should as it's something I love! Thanks for the idea. Sounds like you are really aiming for consistency and sticking to your work out plans. Congrats! It helps to see workout goals written down....and is something I also never do but should. Hope your week went well!

Finding a way to be active that is fun is definitely worth it. And emoticon for consistency!

No matter what the scale says from one week to the next, if we make gradual changes toward living a healthier life, we will be making progress and the scale will catch up with us.

Very smart move to keep the bedroom specifically for sleeping. I know that's a common recommendation to help when people have trouble.

Good luck reaching Onederland through consistent healthy activity and eating!
