What happened?

I don't know what happened to last week. It seemed like it dragged by during the week, but I let it go by without working out once. I have a weigh in coming up Friday, so I'm panicing.

Today I went to the gym. First time in MONTHS. I miss the classes more than anything. Though today I just walked on the treadmill and did a lot of stretching afterwards. I have to be better about stretching. I always skip it because I want to get out of there. No more. I need at least 10 good minutes of stretching after a workout because I felt amazing today after I stretched.

Then I went to the grocery store and stocked up on healthy fare. Lots of good snacking stuff. I need to get better about eating smaller meals throughout the day. It's better for Mom too (her blood sugar levels have been regularly dropping in the afternoons. I'm trying to get her on a schedule). I figure if I eat a little something every 3 hours then I can call her and make sure she is doing the same.

Because I don't want to go overboard with the snacking I preplanned everything for tomorrow and came in at 1568 calories. Plus I'm taking a kickboxing class so I know I'm going to have a big burn. emoticon

Ready for Mama and I both to feel good and healthy this week. We're heading in the right direction!

    Great job pre-planning! I'm so bad at that! If I have a plan I feel like a rebellious teen and won't do it just because I "don't wanna"! LOL.
