And here we are at Week 2.
So, for the Spring Bootcamp Challenge's second week, everything from the first week carries through. So, one 10-minute toning video every day. Try to get 10 minutes of cardio every day. Push for 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. In addition, this week adds doing one bonus video, twice this week. Keep tracking food, water, yadda yadda.
Today, I sang a concert of Mendelssohn's 'Elijah'. Exhausting work to sing. Got home, had some food, and grumbled about having to do the Day One video.
But I did it. I chose an 11-minute seated cardio video instead of the "normal" cardio kickboxing because last week that didn't work too well.
And then I decided I should go for a walk because it's kind of nice out. Turned into a 22-minute walk because I was focused on getting my 5000 steps today on my pedometer. :P
Not too smart, because now I'm wiped completely.
Also, in my last weigh-in post, I declared my next goal marker to be another 10 pounds gone by June 7. I don't know what I was thinking; that's not very realistic. So my next goal is 10 pounds gone (for a total of 25) by June 21. More reasonable....
