I was out of town all day Saturday and didn't get home until late so couldn't get a video in but I did do a lot of walking so I don't feel like I skipped a day of exercise.
Today I did 2 videos to make up for yesterday.
6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout
This is brief but definitely a workout. My glutes and thighs were definitely feeling it and my heart rate was up at the end. In retrospect, doing this twice would be even more effective.
Day 4 Bootcamp Workout 7-Minute Core Workout
This was a nice easy workout and I didn't feel like I worked the core that much but it did make me feel like I got some good stretching in.
I also got 25 min in on the elliptical today too.
