I'm not ready for calorie-counting, yet. The first step is to record what I eat without judgement. (If you leave comments, I respectfully ask you not to post negative or positive feedback regarding what I'm eating) This is a more-or-less running account and will be updated throughout the day as I am able. My goal is to keep this food log for the rest of the week and then moving to planned meals next week.
