Progress Towards May Goals

The first five days of May weren't the best. TOM really derailed me. Here's my progress towards my goals:

Fitness
1. 1500 Fitness Minutes - 257 minutes
2. Swim a total of 20,000 meters. - 4750
3. Run/Walk a total of 30 miles. - 2.62 miles
4. Bike a total of 120K. - biked none in May yet
5. Strength routine two days a week. - completed one day
6. 100 Push-up Challenge wk 1-4 - two days of week 1
7. Double my plank time - start at 45 seconds, working on a minute now.


Nutrition
1. Eat 5 veggies each day. (70% - 22 days) - 2/5
2. Eat 4 fruits each day. (70% - 22 days) -2/5
3. Have two meatless days/week. - did my two days this week

At the end of this week, I have a goal to be:

Fitness
1. 1500 Fitness Minutes - 550 minutes
2. Swim a total of 20,000 meters. - 10,000
3. Run/Walk a total of 30 miles. - 15 miles
4. Bike a total of 120K. - 20k
5. Strength routine two days a week (10). - completed 4 days
6. 100 Push-up Challenge wk 1-4 - done with week 2
7. Double my plank time - one minute 5 seconds


Nutrition
1. Eat 5 veggies each day. (70% - 22 days) - 9/12
2. Eat 4 fruits each day. (70% - 22 days) - 9/12
3. Have two meatless days/week (10) - four meatless days completed
