I thought I'd wear a pair of 5" wedges yesterday and it was a disaster waiting to happen. First thing in the morning getting ready to leave for my sons Graduation I sprained my ankle.
DID I JUST DO THAT??
I would say that idea was a "FAIL"! Word to the wise, "Don't wear something that can cause injury"! Needless to say, that has thrown a wrench into my fitness workouts. I can still lift weights, but doing squats or HEAVY lifting hurts my ankle. Upper body, no problem. Running is out of the question for a couple of days.
I will not let this keep me down!
