Did no formal exercises yesterday. Instead I scrubbed the walls of my bathroom, hand scrubbed my kitchen and bath tile floors, moved furniture and cleaned my living room, dining area and hall carpets. I DID make an effort during the carpet cleaning to tighten my abs as I pushed and also did lunges while pushing and pulling. The only body parts that are sore are my arms. Probably from scrubbing while reaching up. Anyway, I managed a lot of spring cleaning and actually feel like I had a workout. The plus side is the my apartment is much cleaner. Yippee!!
