I've been aiming for 1200-1500cal per day. Friday I ended my day at 1335cal, 56g fat, 159g carbs, and 65g protein. Yesterday I ended with 1413cal, 64g fat, 150g carbs, and 75g protein. I've logged what I plan to eat today and as long as I stick to the plan, I'll end today at 1229cal, 46g fat, 150g carbs, and 69g protein.

Now if I could just keep that bust measurement as I lose ;)
