I am so proud of myself!

I was able to stick to my diet and have a dessert only once! I promised myself, that on Saturday I can have a dessert and not necessarily healthy one! McFlurry was absolutely delicious! Next cheat day in 6 days. Yay!

I worked hard this week and trained if only time prevailed... I started with ZWOW #1 (you can find it here:
feature=plcp). My time after 1st workout was: 26:47, today I accomplished it in 20:51! It's a massive improvement! So proud of myself!!
