I am trying to instill a new habit it myself. To do a strength workout while my hair dries after my shower. I know that sounds weird, to work out after a shower, but trust me, I do not work up a sweat!! ha ha Maybe if I get more advanced, then I will do it before the shower.

    You can do a strength workout anytime! LOL! You have showered, that is what is important. It does not sound strange to me. I bathe and then garden. It gets rid of aching muscles. You can always wash or shower again at the end of the day. Or have a long luxurious soak in a bath if you have one. Nothing nicer than relaxing with some essential oils. Massage if you can't bathe. Try rose and lavender at the end of the day. Mmm! smells delicious and feels great!
