I keep having to start over, and over, and over...

Sunday, May 06, 2012

Today is another new day, new week, new start for me. I keep having to start again, but I will persevere! I went for a 51 minute walk with my gf yesterday and felt great! I was a little tired and very sweaty, thanks to the Texas heat and humidity, but it was well worth it.

I did eat pretty terribly yesterday, and of course, didn't track my food emoticon But, today is a new day and I can start again on the right track.

Good luck to all of you who are in the same position as me! And as for the rest of you - keep on truckin'! emoticon emoticon emoticon

It's okay to keep starting over. When you stop starting over...you're done!

I've started over so many times and I'm finally almost to my goal weight so it IS okay to have to keep starting over. It might take a little longer to get there but you will!

I can honestly say...i know exactly how you feel and what you mean. I am hoping that MAYPAC will keep me on track with the accountability, responsibility and ownership of what is needed to be done. I may not had a great start today, but I am ending it feeling alot better than what I did when I blogged earlier.

I think for some of us, the only way to keep it going, is to continue to re-start. I know for me, I have to remember not only do things happen for a reason, but it's never too late if you care enough and to do that you may need to re-start until you get it right.

Good luck!!! We can do this!

I'm in the same boat with you! I feel like I'm always starting over, but the good thing is that we don't give up! Did you join the May Challenge on the SA team? If not, look into it. It's a good way to get back into the swing of things. You get to set your own goals this time around. I hope it helps!

Thank you so much! That was exactly what I needed to read this morning. Another new day, new week, new start. It begins right now. I'm going to change into my workout clothes and get my workout done first thing now, since I have a new start I might as well take advantage of it! I hope you have a great day.
