Missed a few days of tracking. Time to make myself do it again.

Did a charity bike ride yesterday. We went with the 25 mile mostly flat course. Well, not sure about the person who decided that was flat! We cut off 2 miles in a spot where the course over lapped and I was still hard pressed to get to the finish line. Since I only rode twice so far this year and the furthest was 7 miles I think 23 miles was an amazing achievement!!

    Thanks everyone. I am surprisingly not too sore today. I've been doing a lot of hill work on the treadmills at the gym, I think it really helped. Yeah, not so great at the baby steps thing sometimes emoticon

What happened to taking baby steps? emoticon

Keep up the good work - lots of gentle movement (walks & bike rides) will help ease any after-over-exertion soreness.

    Congrats on the awesome bike ride!! Don't beat yourself up over missing a couple of days of tracking. Sounds like you were busy. We all miss once in a while. Just get back to it, that is the important part. emoticon
