I had a relatively good week. My food consumption was right where it needs to be save a couple of splurges (that's what life is about though, right?). On the days I had a little splurge, I compensated with the exercise to bring everything into balance.
The weather here in Portland is finally starting to change. We're supposed to have our first longer stretch of rain-free days this week. I'm hoping to take advantage of the improved weather and return to working on my running speed and stamina.
Here are the results of this week's weigh-in:
Starting weight: 257.0 lbs (Feb 2011)
Last week's weight: 226.6 lbs
This week's weight: 224.6 lbs
Weekly lost: -2.0 lbs
Total lost: 32.4 lbs
I'm definitely content with the 2 lb loss. Slow and steady is the name of the game.
