MY PLAN was:
5/2 WEEK 2: FITNESS
I'm doing a virtual HM in June, time to boost my walks. Starting this week I need to get in a couple 5 mile walks and one longer one, 8 would be awesome!
What have I done so far:
Friday I logged in 11,000 steps or 5.5 miles.
Saturday I am at just over 10,000 steps or 5 miles, plus I did push-ups, sit-ups and step-ups... needed to change it up.
Sunday if it stops snowing I'll get out for a long walk. Otherwise I'll bike or walk indoors on the trampoline.
Today I completed a Fitness Test:
Push-ups in 1 minute : 22 (Good)
Crunches in 1 minute: 32 (Good)
Heart Rate after 3 minutes: (Good)
Mile Test : 13 minutes (Good)
Notice a Trend there?! My goal is to up that to the Excellent Mark by the end of BLC (July 18th).
