For the first time in a very long time I was able to press the "I am making progress" button on my huddles!

I have not actually lost that much weight but my clothes are fitting so much better than this time last week.

I can now breathe in my shirts again.
I have been faithful to my low carb diet style this week and am reaping the results. I have been really discovering what works and what doesn't for me.

I still am not where I should be for veggies and my calorie level is very low most days but seems to be good for me.
I am riding my recumbent bike 30minutes most days and walk when I can. I had some difficulties with the sciatic arthritis and A-Fib this week so I have taken it a little easier.

I have seen that the heat

will be harder for me to deal with this year so I am going to keep with the plan and hope to give my heart and lungs a break.
I am so loving my challenges and teams and so many new and long standing Spark Friends are keeping me going.
