Sunday 5/6/12 Dancing for at least 30 mins Only did 10 mins of zumba video from youtube
daily challenge video for spring into shape DONE
Monday 5/7/12 Daily challenge video
dancing in the living room at least 30 mins DONE
Tuesday 5/8/12 Daily challenge video DONE
Walk away the Pounds dvd DONE
Wednesday 5/9/12 Treadmill at least 30 mins
Challenge video
Dancing for at least 30 mins
Thursday 5/10/12 Treadmill for at least 30 mins
Challenge video
Dancing for at least 30 mins DONE
added in a few excercises with my resistance band too

Friday 5/11/12 Challenge Video
Elliptical machine 10-15 mins
Dancing for at least 30 mins

I am going to try something different this week. Instead of just kind of winging it each day, I thought I would write a planned workout schedule for the week and post it as a blog.Then as I complete each task, I will come back to this blog and mark it as completed. I plan on having a much better week this next week then I did last week. I have a better eating plan now and found that today I really love dancing around in my living room to my iTunes playlist. So much so, that this am I did for an entire hour and then this evening after dinner I did it again for 45 mins. emoticon

    That sounds like a such a fun workout, dancing around your living room. In fact I don't think I would feel like I was working out. emoticon

    That's awesome! When you find exercise you actually ENJOY doing, it makes fitness so much easier to get done. =]
