Weekly Update Blog --- WUB
Work was insane, but I made it thru. Worked Friday & instead I am taking Monday off. It will be 73 & sunny. Great Decision. So far anyway.
I am glad to report that I tracked my food all week & my exercise. It has been awhile since I have done a complete week on both so WHOOHOO!
So - for my May Goals :
1. Track Foods Daily - Done
2. Exercise 4 Times a Week & Track - Done
3. Take My Breaks at Work - I need to work on this one. As I said, work was a bear this week & I had to cram so much in, even with overtime. Never felt accomplished. There is always next week.
4. Drink 6 glasses of water - hmm, I am doing wayyy better. My boss Tim has been making us stand up every hour on the hour, and he has been giving me bottled water from his little office fridge. That has been helping. I need to walk to the water cooler to get my own though - to get my steps.
5. Get at Least 6000 Steps Daily (Track on My Fitness Page) - Another one that I was not perfect at due to work I did not quite accomplish BUT i tracked it. I wear a pedometer every day. We had to at work for a break on our medical premium. If you walked 360,000 steps in the months they said, they take $600.00 off your yearly medical. So hubs & I did it - & we shaved $1200 off this year. BUT I continue to wear it because I am used to it & it helps me see my laziness.
