My frist week

Well i made it i finshed my frist week at Think i did very well this week. I only had one day where i didn't do the excerise that i had planed for that day. I still need to work on the nutrition part of things. I had one day where and met everything and the rest of the days i was either to low in something or to high in something. I am proud of myself for finsihing my frist week. I love this site it is very supportive. Tomarrow is weigh in day and i am a little nervous. I hope i lose weight. I'm feelinf better emotionally as well.

    Congratulations on your first week! This is for YOU so don't compare to others and do let people support you! Have you joined a spark team? Look for one that is connected to something you like--walking, a certain city, new mom, whatever--and get "involved". That will really help you keep on track!

    Good luck with weigh-in tomorrow and remember--you are already making healthy changes so don't give the scale too much importance. Over time, the numbers will go down.
