My Workout Mix! (Vol III) On Cinco de Mayo!

This week was most excellent. I worked out good, got my run on, workin' always on the maintain, celebrated Gianna's 6th birthday, gonna celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Downtown Dunedin, FL healthily with a max of 2 Margaritas and one Corona!

    I always listen to the sounds of nature when I take my walk. It's out in the country and quiet except for the birds singing and the wind in the trees.
