So day 3 was only 1 workout, but I decided to either make it a rest day or a 1 workout day. I chose rest. Day 4 was Cardio, Abs and Yoga. That was a nice day. Today is day 5 and I'm supposed to do Total Body, Lower Body and Cardio. We are having people over for supper in about 1/2 hour and it's been a bit of a gong show day, so I might just end up going to the gym for 45 minutes tonight after company leaves. I would much rather get out of the house and do that, than workout in the living room while my husband is present on his computer. I don't know what it is, but working out at home in front of people bugs me. But I have no problem going to the gym and working out in front of other people. Weird.
