I'm so proud of myself! I don't generally walk for any distance unless I'm shopping or in Disney. I signed up for the goal to take 7500 steps per day and just settled on 3.5-4 mile walks daily. Met my goal today and that's all I can ask.
Next step for me is eating better and drinking more water. It's a tall order for me to drink 6-8 glasses of water, I'm not a big drinker at all and having that much water tends to make me queasy. I can only seem to drink while doing cardio so I'll squeeze as much liquid into that time period as possible.
This week I am looking through as many SP recipes as I can before my eyes start to cross. I have to cook for 6 people so lots of "tastes" are to be considered. I hope to try a lot of them and will only be making what the kids like since I detest preparing separate meals. I can save my grown-up tastes for nights out or when my kids are out of the house, lol.
