I always have a bit of a hard time starting my workout. After I start I feel better that I am doing it. But then after they are done I get such an accomplishment knowing that I did it. Now every time I am dragging my feet I remember the feeling of how good I feel after a good workout is done and it gets me at least enough to get started at one. 1995 days ago
