short update.

my legs are sore and aching. Im tired and I want to take a nap. I went running today, it was a good run. It was hot out and I sweated a lot. I ran yesterday too, it wasnt as hot as it is today but i still sweated a lot. LOL. Not a lot is happening, but I feel like Im getting better at running. Im gonna weigh myself monday and see what I weight then. :)
