I have had a little bit of a tumble the last week... My exercise workouts weren't everyday like I had planned and I didn't track one day of food. But I still feel like I'm doing well... I didn't gain and I still seem to have results from my hard work before... I think I should plan out having at least a couple days every couple weeks of just relaxing...
I heard somewhere that it helps you stay on track better if you allow yourself "little breaks" every once in a while, as long as you don't go overboard... I'm more determined now and it makes me want to try harder... I'm glad that I am still moving forward even though I had a stall... Here's to a hopefully good weekend...

    We all tumble. What matters is that we pick ourselves back up and keep moving forward towards out goals. And our bodies do need to rest - they say we should have at least one day a week of rest. Keep up the great work!
