...and still at it! Hey - that's good for me! This week had ups and downs. Downs first...I didn't do as well w/ my food log, pre-preparing foods or staying away from donuts. I wish people could say 'thank-you' to hospital staff without donuts, because I have so much trouble saying no to them! Before I realize it, there's one in my hand! Ups are that despite my couple bad choices, I didn't let the day I made the bad choice spiral down - I counted it and moved on! I also have made it to the gym at 6am every morning this week! I'm really proud of myself for that! Lastly, I hit the ten pounds down mark this week, slow and ready wins the race this time! Just call me the turtle!
