Pretty excited to start an official challenge for the first time. I think i can do this. I made a calender for those 4 weeks i'll be doing the videos so i can use the "Don't break the Chain" method of motivating myself. I really hope it works. I need something to jumpstart some serious weight loss. I'm hoping even more that bussing tables adds to all this.
It's finals weeks now though and i'm stressing pretty bad about all of it. I just want it to be over already.
