Tae-Bo~This is Tae Bo

This video was 50 minutes. This one goes back to the basic Tae-Bo...not punching bag or weighted gloves...just basic kicks and punches. I like it because of that.

What I love!
* Back to the basic Tae-Bo
* Different cast...only about 6 but you can definitely find someone to relate to.
* It was non-stop moving
* The length was pretty good at 50 minutes...it gave me a 680 calorie burn
* Not too intense that I could not do it all

What I did not like!
* At the end how Billy was talking about himself a whole lot (stuck on yourself much).
* The music again

I overall liked this a lot. It is one of my favorites so far. I listened to my XM Radio so i had upbeat 90's music that I was jammin' too while I was kicking butt! Til tomorrow..have a great day!

    I like this video a lot too!!! I hate his cool downs too! I turn it off and just do my own stretches after....

    Yeah, I know what you mean about just getting back to basics.

Question about using your own music: are you able to find songs that are the same tempo so you're in time with both, or do you just ignore one or the other?
