Lots of Life Changes

A lot has been going on in my life. I've relocated back up north for a new and better job. I had been in training for three months, living out of a hotel all that time, and separated from my family. I am now trying to buy a house. With all that stress and eating out (even though I tried to make healthier choices), I gained 10 pounds! Ugh! It's funny but when I was 140 pounds I was a little disappointed. Now, I would love to get to 140 pounds LOL! I actually still don't mind the way I look EXCEPT for my stomach. I'm getting chunky in that area, and I don't like it at all. My stomach is the last place I gain weight, and I'm sure it will be the last place I lose.

The good thing is, I've been working out consistently for 2 1/2 months at least 5 days a week. I just have to start tracking my food again and really work on getting that core strong. I feel myself getting stronger, my legs getting tighter, and my butt lifting. I just wish the scale would budge. Oh well. At least I'm back to working out again. Now just have to work on those portions and putting down those hotel cookies. Yes, I am still in a hotel, as I am still under contract for my house. At least this hotel has a kitchenette so I can cook. The first hotel I stayed in for work for that three month training did not have a stove and only a mini fridge. Lots of Lean Cuisines and eating out. This one has a stove and full fridge. So I'm making healthier choices. Yea!

    Yes mame tracking food is sooo important but don't worry you are gonna get to that 140 and even lower in the name of Jesus
