Wow ... Those darn bisquits and Mellow yellow.... I do like how when I entered the bisquits a message came up and said Not liked like spark people ... NO more bisquits for me. I am not able to blog and keep track of everything at this time ... I have finals!!! But I am mentally reminding my self and trying to be more AWARE of what I am actually putting in my mouth. And I really thought honey was good for you, but it dont look lke it!

    Honey is just pure sugar, and like everything else, sugar is just empty calories, but it does make some foods and drinks more palatable. Keep up the food tracking, it does get easier.
