Big Girl In Pool

I survived aqua aerobics and need to rest. I spent an hour in the pool this morning. My old routine just floated into my memory. I was doing jumping jacks, squats, butterfly,and jogging. I was Muhammad Ali, floating like butterfly stinging like a bee. After I got out I was numb. I do not know if it was because I could not believe I had finally gone or what. It took a little time for me to recover, but yes, I back in the water. Plan to go twice this next week and only do a half hour until I feel comfortable ( weird feelings) afterwards, but will do one hour on Saturday.

    Good for you! I enjoyed water aerobic stuff when I was able to go do that years ago. I'd love to have that option again!

    Water workouts are fantastic! I wish I could find a place near me that does this (but I won't get in a bathing suit yet!). Great job!

    Water aerobics is such a great workout! I always feel like my legs are rubber when I get out of the pool. Good for you, sounds like you are doing great. Keep it up!
