Hey Sparkers!

So I'm going to try planning a SparkRally in Atlantic Canada for soon, and for those of you here, I'm wondering which Saturday would work best for you. My options at the moment are:

May 26
June 2
June 23
July 7
July 14

And here's what I'm thinking for the rally:

Each province will have a gathering city of their choice, and if there are many who can't make it from one city to the gathering one, we can definitely have a second city in that province holding a rally too. I suggest St. John's, Fredericton, Charlottetown and Halifax as the 4 cities where the rallies will take place. Each location will need an organizer, just to make sure what we're planning to do is possible, available and not expensive at all (i.e. FREE) to do. My goal is to keep this rally free to attend, so the activities will be centered around that.

I also want to extend the rally invitation to all Atlantic Provinces Sparkers, regardless of the SparkTeam they're on, so I'm going to need some help in spreading the word.

Now, you know I'm already quite busy, but if you can spare about 2-5 hours a week to help get this ready, that's all I'm asking for. If you can't spare that much right now, then spreading the word is the best SparkRally thing you can do. :-D

If you are a part of another Atlantic Canadian team, please forward this message along, so we can get as many organizers as we can.

And again, I'm not planning for this to be huge just yet.... I think if we can get one under our belts this year, next year will be easier to plan, and it just might be a bigger event.
