For the most part, April started and stopped at almost the same place. Man oh Man, what a roller coaster ride in between.
So, after an increase at the beginning of the week, which took me back to about the same weight as the beginning of the month, I had a record weight loss (hoping fat loss) which resulted in my being at a new low.
Weight loss is such a crazy crazy thing. When you embark on this crazy journey, you just have to realize that there are ups & downs that make absolutely no sense, but you must keep going.
I did see patterns on my tracking chart, and decided to shake things up. Like some days more calories, some days fewer. Some days more carbs, some days fewer. The biggest difference has been listening to my hunger. Eat when hungry, don't when not. It is against CW, maybe only have Bulletproof coffee for breakfast, but it seems to be working.
I look at my fit, lean, healthy adult sons. They eat when they are hungry, which may be once a day sometimes. Not every time MOM tries to feed them. They say, No thanks, I am not hungry. -- Huh? What? I just never understood it. Now I do :)
