What a week this has been. I knew this was going to be a rest and recovery week because of schedule conflicts and I was about do, but I had no idea my body was going to shut down on its own. I even had to take a day off from work because of a pulled muscle. Even now my mind mentally wants to workout but the body is aching from head to toe. Well I have no other choice but to listen to my body and let it get all the rest that it needs this weekend. Perhaps I can do a little stretching to keep from getting to stiff but that is about all I can do.
My prayer is that I will be able to resume my schedule on Monday with a different routine.
