I completed Week 1!
I'm so excited! I did workout 1 instead of the cardio workout because of my shins and will do intervals on my bike tonight like I did last night. Whew! Those intervals last night were tough! Hopefully my shins will be up for the cardio workout again on Wednesday. If not, I'll find another substitution.
Rest day tomorrow and weigh in day Monday morning! Now I have to go get ready for T ball and then a party with some of my best friends. Everyone have a wonderful Saturday!
