That protein thing is a joke lol. You look wonderful and you've lost weight girlfriend! You getting your sexy back! Happy Belated to you sister. I have an ear build up also and unsteady but, I blame my meds. I need to buy some ear wax remover like Angel mentioned. I am going deaf also which I blame on the wax lol. Keep on working out but, be safe. I like taking measurements if I lost something; otherwise nah. Hope you have a beautiful Sunday!

Hi Carmel! Regarding unsteadiness/ear blockage.. My husband just went to the doctor about his ears being blocked and having trouble hearing and they found he had a huge blockage of wax and the doctor used some high pressured jet of water or maybe air - not sure, as this was what he told me and I don't recall if it was water or not.. and it did not work. He said the wax won, but the doctor told him to get a kit which is over the counter at drugstores - for ear wax softening and cleaning. Sure enough they sell several kinds at my CVS for about $10 each. His doctor said to get the bulb to rinse and clean after. Oh, and you do need cotton balls also, as the drops have to set for a few minutes before they work. I think it said it foams up which makes me think of hydrogen peroxide (which might work, too?) Anyhow, thought I'd pass that on for what it's worth.

You do seem to be moving a lot and I think you've lost some weight and inches already! Almost time for a new sports bra to make all that moving more fun. ;) I just said that cuz I just bought some at Wal-Mart tonight. I hope I got the right size, as I wasn't able to try them on with my son there. I got a size smaller than my regular bras, as I've lost a lot of inches.
