Weekly Update Blog --- WUB
Well it was a crazy week! I had a tough work schedule. Friday I worked 10 and 1/2 hours with children. That was a long day. I got a big headache and could not workout much. Anything I did made it worse. So I came home took a shower and went to sleep after a snack.
I did get to buy some smaller pants. I got a size 14/16 and size 16 yesterday. I was so darn excited. If my pants keep getting smaller I can handle the scale not moving much. I was wearing a size 26/28 pants when I began this weight loss journey so this was a big victory for me.
I am still stuffy from being sick last week and not back to normal. Due to this I have not done as well with excerise as I had hoped. :(
Here is how I have been on my goals.
May 2012 Goals
Exercise 2500+ minutes --- --- A little behind but still close
Run/Walk 3 times a week --- --- UPDATE---Still feeling sick so I decided to walk Saturday. So for the time being I may be doing less running....
Take one active rest day per week ----- --- Done this for sure!
Do Strength Training 4-5 times a week --- - This has been 5 times this week.
Eat 6-7 Freggies a day --- --- - One day I was a little low in veggies
One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism ---- --- - done
Try a New Type of Exercise In May –--- --- Not done yet.
