I love logging into SparkPeople on Saturdays and seeing that I've met my fitness minutes goal for the week (1000 calories!) already. I feel like anything I do today is just gravy (icing on the cake, whatever! All these food metaphors!) While I don't have any big plans for exercising today, I will be monitoring my steps and tracking my food. So today's activity is just pudding! It must be time for breakfast!
