I've decided to be active

I was a silent sparker the last time i was on the site. This time i will be more active. Truth be told I NEED spark this time. I have always had weight on me and have always carried it well...or so I thought, but now the image i have is not pleasing to me. The word says if you need a friend show yourself friendly. I need support, motivation and encourage therefore i will try my best to give the same thing to everyone else.

Im starting slow and small but pure in heart. This will be an honest effort.

I'm so unhealthy, although i like to exercise...everything else pertaining to health...healthy eating thinking, veggies, water, healthy choices are truly foreign to my lifestyle...

I need to change my relationship with food and my lifestyle of eating. I've always started with cutting out everything...this time i think i will go for subtle changes and small goals.

    It sounds like you've got the right idea. I'm eating pretty much everything I want and love, just in measured portions that fit in with my daily calorie "budget" ---I may only get 4 ounces of soda, but dammit, I WILL have my PEPSI....and so far, it's working, along with being more active daily. I'm a new sparker and I know that enthusiasm can come and go but I'm glad this community wavers far less, is around 24/7, before, between and after bouts of enthusiasm fade.
