May is my favorite month! It starts getting consistently warmer and nice outside. I get to celebrate twice this month, for mothers day and my birthday! And, although May is crazy at work, I really love being a part of the graduation ceremonies for my students each year. Here are some of the goals I have set for myself for May.
Workout 28/31 days (at least 20 min each day to make it count)
Complete weeks 1-4 of the Brazilian Butt Lift workout plan. I just bought this workout program. There are 6 different types of workouts from toning to cardio. So far the workouts have been fun, and leave me with that good kind of sore the next day where you know you spent some time working your legs and butt. I am a sucker for workout programs that provide a workout calendar. I can't telly you how motivating it is to follow a plan, and get to cross that day off each day you finish your workout.
Loose 3 inches! If my Brazilian Butt Lift does what is promised, this should not be a problem!
Reach 137 pounds- GOAL WEIGHT! I set the goal last year at my birthday to loose 33 pounds before turning 34. I have lost 28 of them, and am 5 pounds from my goal weight. My goal was by my birthday (May 20), but I am going to give myself to May 31 to see if this can be done.
Track my calories 5/7 days. I still struggle with this, but am getting better. This is going to play a big part of my success in reaching my goal weight.
Eat 12 + meals a week from my SELF Drop 10 book.
