A Small Step

I've had a little success at journaling my food intake. It was definitely eye-opening. I'm hoping that the journaling will help me get my eating back under control. Sugar and chocolate is definitely a problem. Today, I avoided both. Yippee for small steps in the right direction!

I finished posting wedding pics for any who are interested.

    That logging is really key. Great job on staying away from the sugar and chocolate. Each day you can build on those steps and soon you will be at goal.

MY SISTER LOST 93 POUNDS BY WALKING 15.000 STEPS A DAY.

I lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products.
