What a saturday! I stepped on the scale, feeling bloated and negative because of the recent weeks of super-slow weight loss, only to find out that I lost 1 kg this week!!! And me who even had 3 pancakes yesterday night, ehum. Now I am so close to having lost 20 kg's, I can't believe it.
Aaand, since my legs have been happy these last few days, I had no problems taking a morning walk in the park either with my husband and kids.
I now it's hard to tell because of my clothes, but I can definately see that I've lost weight and am heading back to a normal weight range. FINALLY.
