It's actually fun to read back on some of my past posts, so here's another to add to my SparkPeople history. I was up to 228 in March (ugh, scary) and I worked myself back down to about 218 by mid April when tax season ended and I could finally get active. I invested in a BodyMedia monitor and wear it every day, log my calories in here on SP, and go to the gym just about every day. I'm down to 211 now and feel a little stuck, but thanks to a new friend here on SP, I am going to put my scale away for the next two weeks and shift my focus to how I look and feel rather than how much I weigh.
I'm back on the mat now. I can do REAL pushups! I've played basketball with the boys and tomorrow we're going to the beach and I will be able to play frisbee. I can't imagine life without that surgery... now hopefully I'm back on the right track!
